Partners can eventually continue\u00a0to choose creating\u00a0the company through a notarial authentic instrument. \u00abWe welcome this action\u00a0that certainly represents <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>a real\u00a0debunking of bureaucracy<\/strong><\/span>\u00bb, stated <strong>Davide Capra<\/strong> (<strong>Studio Mazzocchi<\/strong>).\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Forms will\u00a0be fillable\u00a0online and partrners can directly draft the acts<\/strong><\/span>.
